We ordered two perch dinners to go this afternoon after I had this weird feeling that I needed to eat fried fish to survive! Some might call it a craving! When I lived in Indianapolis I used to eat lunch at a little place on 38th street with a couple of coworkers and my best friends at the time! We had great fish and lots of good conversations! Both of them are gone now but the smell of whiting, perch, cat fish and shrimp stick in my memory! The aroma of fried perch smelled the car on the way home! We got stuck at a railroad crossing and by the time we got home everything had steamed in the plastic bag! The fish was still tasty but the fries were ruined! It was still worth the trip! The hot sauce saved the day for me but my wife was disappointed.....will drive faster next time!!!!

Great service, excellent wings and fish. I also love their green bean fries! Highly recommend if you're looking for good homemade wings.

Thee best chicken wings I've had . No . Usually I add hot sauce and other seasonings but with these it was unnecessary. The people were great and very hospitable.

This place right here is a life saver. I am not fond of the major franchises of chicken. I was looking for some good chicken with a taste that wasn't manufactured on a major scale. I was looking for chicken that tasted like something I would eat at home. Zeb's is that place. Their mild sauce is amazing. I have already been here multiple times over the last few months. They always have my food ready when I get there and they show great appreciation to their patrons. I recommend this place to anyone looking for good chicken or fish.

Nothing fancy, but price and quality worth a try. The place is located in a small strip downtown Fort Wayne with limited parking. They've got a selection of three mains (chicken, catfish and perch). I ordered 3 wings and 2 catfish basket that comes with fries and white bread. Not only was it tasteful, but I got all that for around $13.75 and was stuffed when I finished the meal. They also have other sides but I wanted to be careful given my experience at other restaurants here in Fort Wayne that I'll refrain from calling them out. The chicken and fish was perfectly seasoned and hot. made to order and I'll be back during my 90 days travel assignment. There not a lot of choices here but this place is a gem and I highly recommend if you looking for season wings and catfish. I'll be back. Plus, service was friendly and inviting. Great family owned small business.

Highly recommend.... Visits as soon as you can.. I thought my momma had taken up employment here! I stopped in on a random Saturday, early evening. I wanted give it try. I decided on a small fish- the 3 pieces and fries are considered the small- and a bucket of chicken. I was so pleasantly surprised. The fish and chicken had the crispy full flavor of a Good Friday Fish Fry or a Southern Sunday Dinner. The fish was fried a beautiful golden brown but was still flacky- not mushy- but flaky on the inside. That's how you know folks can cook. Flakey is so much better than mushy. The chicken was perfect. Not overly salted, as some might prefer, but seasoned with a well controlled hand. Enough to add flavor, not enough to let the sugga set in. IYKYK about the sugga .... The restaurant was very clean and the owners were warmly greeting their customers. You can tell it's a labor of love for them. They put that into their product, and it shows. The pricing was excellent. I paid just at $24 for the 3 pc fish and fry and the bucket of chicken. Every drop was well worth the price and then some. I felt so at home here. A reminder when my family could all gather on Fridays for fish at our parents or on Sundays for a friend chicken dinner at my grandparents. I'll be back for the food and the nostalgia, too!!

This new place occupies the building that formerly held Bravas. No decorations, just a simple room with a few tables. From the traffic during my stay it appears most of the business is carry out. The size of the menu was a surprise. Lots of options, including sides. I read the chicken was good and was not disappointed. Wow! It is cooked when you order so it's hot and fresh. Delicious. The pieces were a bit small so keep that in mind when ordering. But the breading was crisp and soooo good! The fries hit the spot for me, too. Nice and crisp. The cole slaw that comes with the dinner was a tiny serving but tasty. Bread is included rather than the standard biscuit but it was under everything else. Since I didn't want to eat that, I didn't mind. Definitely want to hit this place again. Maybe for take home next time.
